Phone says my account is suspended

My phone tells me my account is suspended, but I get billed every month.

    I figured out the issue and need admin help. The phone was bought for me by my son and had his account info on it, but I have my own account and have paid my bill I just need the phone moved over to my account (my son's account is not active). thank you!

    I opened account I never use the minutes in the first month and then I want to bill me for the second month but I never used any of the minute
