"Freedompop device is inactive"

Phone says I have 3g/4g service but no app that uses the internet will work. (no calling or texting either) When opening the freedompop app it says my device is inactive please contact customer support to resolve issue. When I log in to my account via computer it says every thing is fine.

Searching the forum, this seems to be a common problem when data drops below 100mb (as mine has).

Can an someone in support please help.
