FreedomPop phone arrived, not validated yet?

Hi, my FreedomPop phone (LG Nexus 5) arrived today, and when I entered the MEI number online, it said my plan was already activated. However, when I try to call someone, it says "Your account could not be validated. Please contact customer support."
What do I do?

    Hi,

    I have the same issue with my FreedomPop Samsung S5. I have restarted it a couple of time as suggested in another post.
    I can send and receive text messages and receive voice mail, but can not put or receive calls. Instead I get the same message as given above: "Your account could not be validated. Please contact customer support."

    What can I do?
