No data and showing "Sign in to network"

Hi, I just received the global sim card. I insert into my Nexus5 (no lock). It can get the cellar signal. However, it always shows "Sign in to network". The data icon shows "H". I am in Mountain View, California.

    I am having the same issue on my Nexus 6P. I called customer service, but they were unable to fix the problem. I'll try again today.

    Yesterday, I put my Nexus 5 at home. When I came back at the night, the data is back online! However, after I reboot, the same problem still there.
