Global GSM SIM Plan - Usage Details Not Updating

I got my SIM yesterday, figured out how to negotiate using Google Voice/Hangouts with the UK SIM, and everything seems to work great. However, my phone shows that I've used 14.6MB of cellular data (almost all of this yesterday), but my usage data still shows nothing used.

I had a similar problem with a mobile hotspot last year, where none of my data appeared in the logs, and then a couple GB of phantom data that I didn't use suddenly appeared in my logs over a couple-hour period. I suspect that may have been due to somebody else's account being linked to my usage details(?) -- and I just want to make sure something like this doesn't happen again.

    I'm having the same problem. It does not show up at all (even after several days)

    I noticed this the last few days, it usually only takes a few hours for it to show up. I have been using the meter on my device to keep close track so that I don't go over.
