Account susspended.

I have 92 megabites left this month and it says i went over my plan i didnt and my account isnt active can you fix this? thanks

    @xezrath Hey there! Your account was suspended because you have reached the end of your 500MB data plan and your Automatic TopUp feature is disabled. If your Automatic Top-Up feature is disabled and you reach the last 100MB threshold of your plan, you are automatically charged a $15 TopUp and since the charge failed, your account was suspended.

    Your account is currently active now but note that it may suspend at any moment because you have failed charges.

    It got suspended again and i went over once and they transferred it over to the next month
