Error 300

I am receiving an error 300 on my phone. I appear to have used only a few MB of my data over this period. When I logged into my acct, it showed I had no topic, but when I looked at my billing, it showed that my top up had been converted to a recoverable credit. I moved it back to top up.

I used to be able to see my data usage on the messaging app, but I don't see it any longer.

Can you pull me up on the database and see what is the matter? My username is toomuchcoffee@gmail.com
