Dear users of freedompop,
I got a mobile from the website but I cannot make it work. It's been almost 3 weeks and I really need to use it, so I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP. I did already all the updates but it does not work when I try to call. It says that I do not have DATA connection. However, it is full wireless acording to the icon on the top of the screen. I've also tried to use wifi but it says that I should disconected to call. I don't understand this and I couldn't find a contact in the website to call and get some help. How can I solve this problem?
