How to check ticket Status?

I submitted a ticket on Sep 29 and it has been over a week but I heard nothing back.
I could not find a way to check the ticket status. Can someone tell me how?

    I've submitted 2 issues to support as well and have only gotten a basic email notice for each one with the ticket #, issue submitted and status. No link and no re-quote of the ticket text. Would also like to know how to find out what the status is and also be able to review the actual text sent to support if needed to reference.

    No one at Freedompop seems to have an answer to this question. Please answer the question. How do I find my open tickets? I do not want you to send me a private message, unless there is NO way to find my open tickets. I know of one way. Open a new ticket. After that is submitted a list of recent tickets is listed. I do not have a reason to open a new ticket to use this method. Please advise.

    I have managed to find solution to this.

    all you need to do is login and then url should look like

    https://uk.support.freedompop.com/app

    now add /account/questions/list/
    to it and press enter, this should take you to all tickets you have.

    shame there is no link on freedompop website for this but this way you can see all your tickets.

    Alternatively, copy and paste the url below and you will see all your tickets

    https://uk.support.freedompop.com/app/account/questions/list/
