Can't connect to 4G and can't login to support to submit a ticket
My LG Optimus F3 used to connect to 4G, but now it only connects to 3G. I've done the PRL and Profile updates as well as ##72786# several times. While doing the carrier reset, the phone indicates that it's connecting at 4G. But once the carrier reset is complete, it's back to only 3G. I have been trying to log in to support to submit a ticket, but I get the endless login loop. I can log into freedompop.com, but not the support page. The only thing I can do is to ask for help here, so I hope someone from Freedompop can help me.
