My account was downgraded to free, I lost my phone number?
Hello. On 10/3/2016, my 30 days of my premium plan ran out and I was downgraded to Freedompop free. That part is fine. What is not fine is that I lost my number, as when I try to use the Freedompop Messaging app, it says I have to choose a new number. The option to use my former number is not there. I tried to contact support regarding this on Monday, and received no response to my ticket with #161003-001552
