Only get order status page after logging in

Hello:

I am trying to get to my freedompop account. I click on the login link, enter my email and password, and all I get is an order status page. The only thing I can do is click on the arrow next to my name in the upper right hand corner and log out. I can't see what my current plan is, can change my credit card, nothing. I attached a screenshot. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

    When you have this page, your account is activated, but dormant. It will go live once the device ships and you get an email for the tracking. If you need to change anything on the account, sometimes you can do this will links. The links will bypass the dormancy.

    If you already have the device, than we will need to have CS or the admins fix the account. May I ask if you have recently received your device? Is there anything you need changed on the account. I may have the link you can use till the account goes live.

    Hi, I'm having the same problem. I already have my sim card, and it was still working yesterday. Today, it's not working, and when I log in online, I get to the "order status page". Two of my accounts are having this issues. Can you please help? The account login names are aidan68lee@gmail.com, and aaron668lee!@gmail.com. Thanks.

    Hi, I'm having the same problems. When I login to my freedompop account, it's showing this order status page, where I cannot see my account status. I already have my devices, and have been using them for many months. Just yesterday, they were working. But today the accounts apparently have been put to dormant. Can someone please help? My accounts are aaron668lee@gmail.com, and aidan68lee@gmail.com. Thanks.

    @yh88lee and others stuck here but have device in hand.
    Here are links to go direct to each menu item. The overview page with the menu is overwritten with the shipping status.
