Account suspend

hi there, I got my account suspend because run out of data. I now have already update my credit card,and enable the auto top,but account is still suspend . please help

    Hey @Jorge M or @Karina Magana does this fella need an account refresh to clear the suspension flag ? Turn ON the auto top-up doesn't seem to do the trick. I am assuming adding cash to the credits wouldn't help either without the suspension flag cleared first ?
