Why can't I use Wi-Fi calling since adding premium voice?
Outgoing phone calls automatically direct to premium calling. This is a problem because I'm talking internationally and only have access to Wi-Fi. I changed the messenger app's network setting to "Wi-Fi only" but phone calls still try to direct to premium voice.
