I can't Receive or call any numbers since i active the Premium Voice Service.

Cellular data and texts work. But not voice phone calls.
Attempts to place a call to a number end with AT&T saying the call is not allowed. Also get a "Connection problem or invalid MMI code." dialog after ##72786#.
I've done "Sync Account Data" in the (FreedomPop) Messaging app which then reports my phone number. FreedomPop is displayed as the cell carrier.
Suggestions to resolve this appreciated.

I also downgraded the Premium Voice plan and I still have premium voice on the freedom pop messaging app.
