Suspended account Again!

This crap seems to happen every other month and I am sick of customer service taking weeks to respond. I have no service even though I have barely used the talk or text and I have 88m of data left so why do they keep suspending the account when the data starts to get low? If you have 500m a month free and you haven't used it all, I don't get it.

    Sounds like you may have "Auto Top-Up" Disabled. When you have auto top-up disabled, your account will suspend when you have less than 100 mbs left on the account. Your account will remain suspended, till you upgrade data plans, or the month rolls over to a new month.

    If you decide to re-enable Auto Top-Up or Add Credit, You will need Customer Support or an Admin to refresh the account so the account goes live. With Auto Top-Up enabled, you will see a credit of 15$ and your account taking from that credit by MB. Normally around .02 a mb., depends on the plan you are on. FreedomPop is authorized to take 7 credits in a rolling month when the account falls below 2$ or 100 mbs, which ever comes first with Auto Top-up enabled.
