This has been a nightmare thus far
I had the free plan just to try it out, then I upgraded to the 1Gb Global Unlimited plan on Nov 20. However, my plan still shows as being the free 200 minutes plan, even though my credit card was charged the $27.98 for the unlimited plan. And now I only have about 5 minutes left on my account. Not only that, but the calls are constantly dropping and I am missing calls. That being said, how do I get my PIN for porting out to another company?
