    Hi Nj,

    I have a similar problem. I ordered 2 sim cards last night using one email address (the 2nd one is the promotional 1 cent deal)..

    But when I logged into my freedompop account, I couldn't find the second number at all, even though i have received confirmation emails for both numbers/Sim cards.

    Could you tell me how I can access my 2nd sim card/number in my account?

    Once the Sims ship and your account is 100% live. You would scroll over your name in the right hand corner. It would show a drop down of each sim you have. To get to the next sim, you have ordered, you would click it. Than it takes you to the account for that sim.

    I’m a little slow, but I finally deleted the 2nd SIM from my account. The only issue now is my first, still active, SIM/phone suddenly thinks I have no data and will only work with wifi. My data had just recently been topped off, so there should be about $14 credit to use for the remainder of this billing cycle.
