Placed order for a smartphone but did not get a confirmation email

Bought a Sharp Aquos smartphone yesterday. The order was charged to my credit card but I did not receive a confirmation email. My credit card shows that the order is pending. Who should I contact to resolve this issue?

    Your order has been successfully processed and we have re-sent the receipt to the email associated to the account. We currently don't have a shipping date, we appreciate your patience :)

    Okay, it has been 10 days since I ordered this phone and the status of the order has not changed (still shows the first stage - submitted).

    The monthly service is not supposed to start until the phone has been shipped - is this correct?

    Do you have an estimate of when my Sharp Aquos phone will ship?
