Wait Time for Development Team to Respond

Can anyone share your experience dealing with Customer Care who referred your issue up to the Development Team or DT?

I recently called in and accidentally closed my account. When I called FP to reinstate, they did it alright but they gave me a Basic Plan (200 min talk, 500 texts, 500MB) instead of my original Annual Plan (unlimited talk and text, 1 GB). So the FP rep said he'll have to let the DT take care of this and get back to me. Well it's been almost 4 days now and I have not heard or seen anything. Meanwhile I'm stuck with a free plan of limited minutes and texts for something I've paid in advance. Do you know if the DT response is within a reasonable time frame or how do I escalate this issue?
