Cannot see second number/Sim Card

Hi there,

I just ordered 2 Sim Cards last night using the same email address (2 different numbers). When I logged into my account, I only saw one of my numbers. I've tried everything (including click the name on the upper right hand corner), and I still can't seem to switch to my second Sim Card/Number.

I'm pretty sure I've got 2 numbers/sim cards because I've received two confirmation emails from FreedomPop.

Could anyone tell me how to access my 2nd sim card/number please?

    Sometimes this happens when the sim are still in kitting. If clicking your name in the top right corner does not show your 2 sims, than it is possible you'll have to wait till they ship. If after they ship you still can not access the second sim, please @ sign me, or click on my profile name or Picture and on my profile page, click message for a PM and let me know.

    I am having the same problem. I installed the 2nd SIM card on my iPhone, it sees the 2nd number...but when I tried to call someone, it keeps showing my first sim number ? Someone please help me.....

    @Saiman Lun Open your app "FreedomPop FREE voice text". Open settings. See if the iPhone app has an item called "Sync Account Data" or similar. Click that and wait until all the flashing etc. is done. You should be right back where you clicked. Now check your number in settings ? Is it the 2nd one now ?
