Separate 2 SIMs from one account to 2 different accounts

Hi there! I am a new FP user and I just got 2 Global SIMs (I got the second one because of the $0.01 promo). Both are registered under one email. I need to separate them out under individual emails. I searched the forums but seems that I am supposed to contact support as there are no web tools under my account to split SIMs. Can someone help me out here? Appreciate your help.

    Having the same issue... how do I separate sims to two different number's. When ordered the system had me choose separate number, but it's not showing on the account that way.

    Help asap!

    Have the same problem with 2 sim cards ordered under 1 email id.

    Need to separate them in to different email ids.

    contacted customer support by submitting a ticket, then got request for personal details and phone number to be contacted by sales team , because customer support do not have authority to change account.

    No contact from sales team 1 week gone.

    HELP please.
