Error 204 on Replacement Device

Looking for some help, as I've been without my phone for a month and a half. I finally got a replacement phone sent to me (original one was a lemon), but it didn't come activated or anything. It made me go through the process to pick a new phone number (which I didn't want) etc, but upon activation it gives me an error code 204.

I have tickets in w/ support, but day after day I wait without a phone. Any help would be most appreciated.
