Nothing but problems and overcharging, no answer from tech support.
I logged onto this site to try and get any help I could with my problems but I can't even figure out where to post this. I emailed tech support about a week ago and have not heard anything back yet. Number one I changed my plan about 2 months ago to a cheaper plan *not the free one, and not only did it not change my plan but I have been charged 2 months in a row for the more expensive one even though It's showing my current plan as the 500. Tech support has not answered me or given any indication that they will refund the money they literally stole from me, and 2 days after I sent a ticket about this issue now the phone is constantly saying error message 302 "your device is inactive" and not allowing texts or calls. Almost no data has been used so I know that's not the issue, So now I'm sitting here with a phone that can't communicate with a plan that I changed 2 months ago but am still being charged for the more expensive one
