Simplified Launcher for Grandmother?

So my wife's grandmother needed a new phone as her old 2G flip phone was no longer going to be usable for service. I figured with the phone we had laying around and how little she uses the phone, freedompop would be ideal. We got it setup and working, she loves the games she can play on the phone, but she is still having issues with the android interface. For example, she has hung up accidentally with her cheek/ear when talking - she has also accidentally answered incorrectly and hung up on someone. Does anyone here have a recommendation for an easy interface launcher which smoothly integrates with the freedompop messaging/phone app?

For android beginners, I high recommend Smart Launcher.
It has a home screen of few simple buttons, and it organizes all the apps for you into simple folders.
