I did not use all data last cycle (ended yesterday) , and It appears to have rolled over today to new full allotment, but I get the red banner saying I used all my data.
Is this a Friday the 13th glitch?
Help please . . .

FP's calendar counts days differently. If your billing cycle is Dec. 13 - Jan.13 (note that this makes your month 32 days), supposedly the new billing starts on the 13th but your number.of days left counter reflects Zero. The new billing cycle activates on the 14th, not ecessarily at 12:01 AM PST (FP is a California company), it will do so no later after the sun rises in the west coast, lol. Until then you'll see that pesky red banner.

As far.as data usage, if your billing auto top up is off, service shuts down when your remaining data hits 100 mb or less.

Hope this answers your questions :-)

FreedomPop is like most carriers/MNVOs out there. There are paid plans and Free Plans. They offer Trial Plans and Service Plans with the Special Priced devices. Those normally come with a 30 days trial. If you decide to keep the plan, than after the 30 days, you are charged for those trials. If you decide that you only want to use FreedomPop for the Free service, than you downgrade before the trial ends.

Here is a Post I wrote on the FreedomPop Forum that has Great Step-by-Step instructions on Downgrading your account to the” Basic Free Plan, or 100% Free” and how to “Verify the Downgrade”. This has how to downgrade” Regular Plans”, and how to downgrade the “VAS Service Plans” (Value Added Service, that get missed on occasion). It also has how to turn “Auto top up off”-

The Free Plan is the default plan when downgrading your account. There is no other way to pick this plan. Once downgraded, you will be on the Free Plan by Default. This will also show you how to get another “500 mbs” each month, from adding “Freedom Friends”.

    Hope all is well,
    NJ

My account has the red banner saying I used all the data and the account is suspended. The usage page shows I have used no data which makes sense since the cellular service has not been working. I have auto top up on and a valid debit card. How do I get my account unsuspended?
