SIM card (ICC ID) is not linked to my phone

I just opened the Freedompop service, and also bought a new SPRINT sim card. When I tried to activate the sim card on my phone, it is always stuck in the first step (see attached screenshot). When I opened service, the SIM card' ICCID was not asked, please help me update ICCID to my account! Thanks!

    Hope all is well! :) If you just purchased the sim card, and the phone is already activated with Freedompop, you might just need an ICCID update. I've sent you a PM in order to gather some personal information regarding your request. Please check your forum in box for the message.
