Hi,
Sorry for posting here but this seems to be the only way to get through. I tried the support page several time - all with no luck.
1. I downgraded to the free plan way before the end of the billing cycle. Now I see I am being charged 7.99. Apparently, for FreedomPop Premium Plus. I do not remember singing up for this service. I was finally able to find a way to unsubscribe but the fee is still in my account. Please refund.
2. I will not be using this account for several months. Will I be charged the inactivity fee? If so, please deactivate my account (after you refund me $5 credit and $7.99 fee).

    Sorry for the inconvenience, FreedomPop has no inactivity charge anymore. They stopped that last year. On Occasion, you will see on the forum, a few of the older devices still get the fee, But CUstomer Support or the admins correct this quickly. You may end up with a dormant account. They do this when there is no activity in 30 days to save the user from being charged if they have plans. Here is how to fix this if this happens-
