Why I received a $4.99 monthly charge this month?
I have the free plan with no services. Any idea why I received a $4.99 monthly charge this month? Have had the free plan since September and never had a monthly charge before. I did have an international Global plus 300 plan before September charged $4.99, but I have cancelled it since September, and now I have Global free 100, which should be free.
