Unable to log in to Support, need to submit a ticket
I am logged in to the FP site, but once I try to move to support to submit a ticket I am stuck in a loop of endless requests for me to log in. I see this is an issue that has occurred for others, but no actual resolutions are noted other than "check for a PM" to resolve. I need to get in touch with FP because my credit card company is issuing a new number (due to fraudulent activity - NOT on FP); I may not have the new number before my billing cycle is up in 5 days and want to avoid my phone being deactivated. Can someone help me?
