Lost My Device
I have lost my Photon and I cannot find a way to do this online. Is there any way to order a new device for my account? I do not want to lose the rollover that I have built up.

Thanks for the info. I actually use a few of these on my android devices now. Not sure there is any info in the to help me find a mobile hotspot though.
- Sorry to hear that, I have now deactivated the device so there is no unauthorized usage on your account. If you like to get a replacement device a phone agent should be able to "swap" a replacement device into your current account if you pay for the replacement.
