BYOD Moto G4 - no data and red line on account screen -- account suspended?

Hey there, I brought 4 devices over from ringplus (2 moto E's, an LG G2 and an amazon ads Moto G4). The first 3 activated easily and are working great. The account for the moto g4 opened smoothly, but i cannot get data working on it (after many many prl updates and ##72786# resets and even the 'change apn' app trick that others have said worked for them).

At first i thought it was an ICC ID problem and asked the freedompop rep on slickdeals to help get that added to my account. He responded and said he opened a case (and gave me a number). However, since then, i have noticed the account for the Moto G4 has a narrow red line across the top of the account -- looked around on the forums and i see that this indicates a suspended account.

This is a brand new account (and i haven't even been able to use ANY data), so from what i've seen on the forums, it looks like I need an account refresh, so i am reaching out *again* for some help from freedompop to get this device working.
