BYOD failed activation
I activated freedompop service with my sprint iphone 6. But my iphone gave me "iphone is not activated" message, and I can't use any services. I have tried ##25327#, ##873283#, and reset iphone to factory settings. I even changed couple icc sim cards to see if its sim card's problem. Nothing worked. Someone told me to submit a ticket and ask service agent to update my icc id in my account should solve the problem. But I submitted two tickets, 170209-000172, 170206-000010, with my MEID and ICC ID, but the issue is still not fixed.
