After a failed FP BYOD activation and cancellation, my ESN is tied up

Hello admins,

I have submitted two tickets and gone around a couple times on the phone with FP. My most recent email to the email address suggested for ESN problems bounced back to me. Help! I would have loved to use FP on my daughter's phone, but I got an error 303 and after some research, discovered that the Moto G4 Plus is not compatible with FP after all, despite passing your ESN checker/etc. I hope that's right and I haven't shot myself in the foot, here. Subsequently, I attempted to port out my number to Tello (failed), cancel my account (succeeded.) Somewhere along the way I tried to release the ESN by getting a second number assigned to the phone and then cancelling that. That didn't work either.

Now, my ESN is in limbo, listed somehow as being active on FreedomPop, when it's not. I can't activate/use it with another provider, either. I'm really disappointed and sad for my daughter, who has been very patient through the weeks of my wrangling with getting service for her phone.

Could I please get some help in releasing my ESN? Thank you so much.
