Returning Device

Device Return - Following our Trial Period
At the initial request for the phone I was told that I could return the phone and only be billed for the time used. I found that I was not getting service in some parts of Orlando during a recent trip. This was not as advertised. I wish to cancel the service, (which I did online), return the phone and receive monies back.

I tried the greater part of half a day just to learn that I needed an RMA form to ship back the device. I simply need to retutrn the device, pay for the service used (as I was told) and receive my money back. I already have the device packaged in the original packaging with the original packaging slip ready to go.

This should not be so hard. Can anyone else tell me if I missed something?
