Bad Battery, Bad Experience

When my LG G3 phone arrived the battery was not functioning properly and the device will not boot up. I emailed support and requested a backup battery and this was their response:

We have submitted an order request for a battery replacement; please be advised that the shipment process may take up to 24 - 48 hours. Once shipped by UPS, please allow 5 - 7 business days for receipt.

It has been over 3 weeks and they still have not even shipped the battery yet. As of today they dont even have any batterys to send me and cannot tell me when one will be available.
