Account not active?

I am having a problem with my account. It says "You have used all of your data for this period. Click here to check for a plan upgrade, enable auto top-up, or add credit for data usage."

I have plenty of data left and auto top-up is enabled. I don't need credit because I still have data left. Please help me have a look. Thanks.
