Account not Active

I have contacted customer service about BYOD activation problem - Reference Number 170208-002769. According to provided solution, I replaced SIM card but I still cannot activate my phone. Phone is ZTE Speed.
I receive error: Account not Active. Your FreedomPop device is inactive, Please contact customer service to resolve the issue. (Status Code = 303),
How can I update ICC ID on my account and activate it?

    I replied to post using email link, reply is not showing on forum. Have not got any help. Account email: [email protected] Do I need to pay for customer support to get issue resolved? I have account for one month and I still cannot activate my phone even if it was accepted by FreedomPop as BYOD.
