i have two accounts with you, but two phones on one account and none on the other. I would like to share data, and add another phone, probably to its own account. A little too complicated to figure out how I do it all without losing service for a day on at least one phone.

How long does it take and how much down time(not able to receive or send calls) will I experience?

    I have been promised since writing this original post that Freedom Pop would email me a resolution and instructions. STILL waiting...
    I did get an email saying if I do not contact them within 48 hours they would consider the issue solved. Its not.
    Though I can make calls and text I get #303 errors.
