Cannot make phone calls, also account wrongfully suspended

My account got wrongfully suspended. I got an error message saying I ran out of data but my phone is nowhere near running out of data. I screenshotted my account for proof. I have another issue. My phone cannot make or receive phone calls anymore. I believe this might be because my default calling app is not set to the freedompop messaging app and my phone is not allowing me to change it. Whenever I try to call someone I get redirected to the default google calling app. Whenever someone calls me I don't even receive a missed call, I just get a notification that I have a new voicemail and asking me if I want to upgrade my account to listen to it. Anyone please help as quickly as possible. If an admin needs to see my account information I can send that to them.
