No LTE on Nexus 5x, please confirm my ICC ID.

I'm not able to get 4G LTE on my Nexus 5X. I get 3G data only.

I'm not able to login to the support site to submit a ticket, login just redirects to the login page again.

This phone was previously on R+, then Ting. The FreedomPop BYOD process did not ask for my ICCID when I signed up.

I've done a PRL and Profile update, as well as carrier reset via *#*#72786#*#* in the dialer.

The MEID (x-4401) on My Devices page is correct. Could an admin/tech support please verify my ICCID is correct (x-44328), or suggest other troubleshooting steps?

    Looks like the MEID and ICCID were correct.

    To fix this issue, I performed the following procedure and now have LTE on my Nexus 5x.

    1. From Dialer dial *#*#3282#*#*
    2. Go to APN Settings - click on the overflow menu (3 dots on top right) and Reset to default
    3. Go to EVDO - Verify DDTM OFF
    4. Go to eHRPD - Edit - Enter your MSL (000000) - Verify Enabled ON
    5. Phone will Reboot, if not Reboot Phone
