31000 No SIM error on MiFi 500
I've had the MiFi 500 for a little over six months, got the 31000 No SIM error. Contacted FreedomPop support, did device reset through web interface and reset on device through Reset button, removed and replaced SIM several times -- still no go. Hope it really is a defective SIM since the warranty period has expired and if the MiFi itself is defective, I am out of luck. Anyway, I was advised to purchase new Sprint SIMGLT207R. How do I associate this new SIM with my existing FreedomPop account? Thanks in advance for any assistance with my inquiry.
