iPhone Unlock/Release Request

I bought an iPhone a while ago from FreedomPop, and I want to use it on a different network.

    You can do it yourself.
    Go to your FP homepage, my account, account settings, at the bottom, in blue, deactivate device. Then go to any website that will unlock your phone for $ so you can use with any CDMA carrier.
    Or if you sign up to Sprint, US, just deactivate.

    I have purchased FreedomPop iPhone 5 with Global SIM (628)212-0501 and now force to switch over to LTE sim. However, when I replace the FreedomPop LTE sim card on the iPhone 5, it seems a locked phone and need your assistance to unlocked. My Freedom iPhone 5 imei is 99 000228 695930 7.

    @TLLim - if your Global SIM was working fine with the APN you created, then you only need to create a new APN for the new LTE SIM that you upgraded to. Go here to start - use fp.com.attz for APN value.
