FredomPop iPhone arrived DOA - how to return?
The iPhone 5S that I purchased directly from FreedomPop does not work at all. Won't power on, charging makes no difference, screen won't even show the "battery empty" image. Has anyone been through the return or exchange process? I should have guessed they wouldn't make it obvious or easy to get this done. I don't think they'll even talk to me on the phone line because I'm on the free plan. Can instructions be found anywhere?
