Can't connect to 4G
I have no 4G since yesterday. The directions for updating PRL and profile I find from the CS number and from the internet are from Sprint, but the phone I was sent has an AT&T logo. There is no option for system update or profile. When I dial ##72786#, nothing happens at all. Help! I really need a phone. THis won't do at all.
