Hello ,

I have opened couple of support requests for being charged 7.99 for each accounts which are basic free accounts . I had downgraded my both accounts right away . I have not received any response yet .
please respond and let me know the status.

    I had this exact thing just happen to me. I have the email confirming that I downgraded WELL before the billing date (and never even used it during that month anyways) and also my account currently states that I have the basic free plan. Kind of bummed about the level of service Freedompop has :/
