BYOD device cant be activated for one month!

Hi,

I have submitted a problem with my BYOD service (a MOTO E 2nd gen phone) cant be activated properly. I got response from an admin suggested that i need to get a new SIM card and update the ICCID in freedompop's system. So I got the SIM card recently, the `admin` became a `deleted user` then no one responses my question or update request. Who can help me solve this problem now?
