FreedomPop MMS and Group Messaging service doesn't work!

I am subscribed to the FreedomPop MMS and Group Messaging optional premium service with the hopes that it would make it possible to use this phone as my regular phone. However, it looks like this service doesn't actually work??? Incoming MMS through the FP Messaging App. works fine. However, outgoing MMS appears totally broken!!! On the destination phone, the photo attachment arrives either as a broken link or just plain missing. Sending an MMS message from my FP-phone to my non-FP phone, upon opening the FP MMS to view causes the stock messaging app to crash! I had to use a third-party messaging app to open it, and even then no photo present, however I was finally able to delete it! This occurred sending the MMS using both the Apple and Android versions of the FP app.

P.S. Also, although I am paying for $1.99/mo for this service, I am still not allowed to open a support ticket on this issue because my account is still considered "free" and not "paid" by FP. Thanks FP! (sarcastic)
