Code 303

kingdomkzkingdomkz Posts: 1FreedomPop Newbie
So I got a Sprint nano sim card compatible with my Motorola Nexus 6 and successfully completed the BYOD process on my computer, the phone recognizes the sim card and it sees sprint signal just fine... but when I use the FreedomPop app, I just get an Error 303.

I tried using the code *#*#72786#*#* which resets the phone after provisioning it to Sprint's network, but nothing else happens. I've updated the PRL too, but nothing happens.

When I look in the mobile networks settings there is no "APN" option, but if I use a Play Store app to open the APN menu, I can add an APN, but when I do, it won't save the APN...

I sent a support ticket 48 hours ago and still have heard no response, so I figured the only place that will help is the forum. What do I do next?
