BYOD issue with Moto E 2nd Gen

I'd also like to get some help. I registered my Moto E 2 yesterday but couldn't get LTE connection. It only works on Wifi. On my FP homepage, my phone number is showing red. Also there's a red line on top of my usage dashboard. I read elsewhere that this means the phone is not activated properly. Please let me know what info you need from me to get this fixed. Thanks!

Background: I cancelled from Ting yesterday before I registered on FP. The phone was working fine on Ting.

    Update: I'm still caught between Ting and FP. FP says my phone is not released to Sprint so they can't activate it, whereas two Ting agents did what they could (first agent "flipped a switch", second one "pressed a button") to release the phone. Today FP rep still says "I looked it up again and it's still not showing cleared. Unfortunately, the tool I use to check on this is not something a Ting agent will have access to, but you can contact Sprint directly, as this tool is linked to Sprint's data base, this is where I see that it's not cleared."

    Does anybody know who holds the key to clear my phone, Sprint or Ting? And what exactly needs to be done to clear it? I'm trying to do what's needed but I'm not sure what exactly to ask when I contact Sprint or Ting.

    Final update: I contacted FP Twitter through DM yesterday. They notified me 30min ago that my phone was activated. Went to my FP homepage, sure enough, the red bar was gone. Did a ##72786# reset, this time successfully!!! Now I have LTE!!! My suggestion would be to use FP Twitter DM to get quick support. Good luck and have a great weekend.
